Path to Recovery – Flood Recovery Expo
The Boulder County Long-Term Flood Recovery Group (LTFRG) is hosting a “Path to Recovery” Flood Recovery Expo on Tuesday, August 12, for residents and businesses affected by the 2013 Flood. The Expo will provide flood affected residents with booth-style vendors and service providers who will have information, resources and guidance to assist with the long-term recovery process. There will also be presentations to provide attendees with an overview of available resources and assistance.

When: Tuesday, Aug. 12, 4-8 p.m.
Where: LifeBridge Christian Church, 10345 Ute Hwy, Longmont
Details:
- General overview presentation of disaster assistance with a chance for Q&A – repeating at 4:30, 5:30 and 6:30 p.m.
- Two breakout sessions, one with Boulder County and one with City of Longmont, about Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) repeating at 5 and 6 p.m.
- Opportunity to check status with Disaster Case Managers and/or schedule an appointment to discuss case management options
- Booths representing federal, state and local agencies, as well as area non-profits specializing in flood recovery will be present
Information will be available on a multitude of topics including case management, volunteer coordination, construction, emotional support, permitting, access issues, buyout program, CDBG-DR, debris removal, wells & septic, weatherization, rehab assistance, insurance, small business loans, taxes and much more.
Snacks and drinks will be provided and there will be the opportunity to purchase other food as well.
